In Gym Training:
My in-person training is hosted at River Oaks Fitness in the heart of Houston.

Individual private sessions for 25 or 50 minutes.

Partner sessions for up to two individuals for 25 or 50 minutes

Off-site Training:
I come to you, whether it is your home or office, within the loop of Houston.

Individual or Partner sessions, for 50 minutes only. Trip charge may apply.

Virtual Training:
Train wherever it’s most convenient for you. Virtual sessions are available.

Yoga / Stretch Training:
Hosted every Wednesday at 7:30 am CST via Zoom, join me online for my weekly yoga stretch.
