From custom virtual sessions to focused gym-based training and personalized wellness support, I’m here to help make your fitness journey both effective and sustainable.

In Gym Training:

My in-person training is hosted at River Oaks Fitness in the heart of Houston.

  • Individual private sessions for 25 or 50 minutes.

  • Partner sessions for up to two individuals for 25 or 50 minutes

Off-site Training:

I come to you, whether it is your home or office, within the loop of Houston.

  • Individual or Partner sessions, for 50 minutes only. Trip charge may apply.

Virtual Training:

Train wherever it’s most convenient for you. Virtual sessions are available.

  • Individual or Partner sessions, for 50 minutes only.

Yoga / Stretch Training:

Hosted every Wednesday at 7:30 am CST via Zoom, join me online for my weekly yoga stretch.

  • Group session for 30 minutes
